help me overclock an opteron 144

seems like i can't even do a simple overclock correctly! can someone guide me through doing a simple overclock on an opteron 144?

hardware:

opteron 144
epox 9nda3+
OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR 400

check out the first sticky on this forum. It's for ocing a64's but it applies to opterons as well.
