Help me overclock? AMD 1800 & ECS m830lr mb

I have the above setup with a pretty simple bios. I can't do much there to tweak the core voltage or anything. I was only able to move the CAS to 2.5 earlier today. It wouldn't load windows with a 2.0 setting. I know that's ram tweaking but what can I do with my processor. How can I reach the core voltage or other settings that I need to achieve over the current 1.53 mhz?

I have the bus at 266 but am looking for additional tweaks. I've got 5 case fans and a thermaltake cpu cooler, soon to switch to a zalman massive cooler. I have a vantec stealth 450w ps and a thermaltake case.

Any ideas?
