Some of you can help me to improve the current settings
I'm looking for the best setting for daily use (4,7ghz)

Unfortunately for me this "bios" is a bit complex, and some values I ​​do not really know how to set them.

Any particular reason you need 4.7ghz (or 6 cores for that matter)?

There is a thread floating around this forum dedicated to OCing 2011 chips. May I suggest you start there and if you don't find what you need start a thread.
