Are you religious at all? Maybe you're just lacking meaning or direction in your life.

No .. I want to believe, but to many things I just dont get.

I suggest checking out books on a few different religions and seeing if there's anything that hits home for you. But that might not do it for you either.

Religion isn't the answer. Don't listen to the Jesus freaks who'll say that joining one religion or another will make everything OK. It sounds like you have a mild depression. Go see a Psychologist (psychologist before a psychiatrist).

I know how you feel. Everything in life is fine, but for some unknown reason you are down in the dumps. I have been there, maybe I am there now too. All you wanna do is be home or go home. Life throws us hard balls sometimes, but we have to get through it.
In my experience, anti-depressant medications work great, but if you are against meds, excersise and diet on a regular basis and it will naturally increase your seretonin levels.
That should help a bit. As hard as it is, try to break your daily routine too.

I'm pretty bloody far from a Jesus freak. You don't know that religion isn't the answer, the same as I don't know that it's not clinical depression.
