I have a dell Inspiron 530

Using Windows 7 64bit sp1

I wanted to upgrade my integrated graphic card i want to know if i can run graphics card that's PCI EXPRESS 2.0, 64bit

Power supply is 300w

I have pci x16

Any graphics card suggestion is appreciated! My budget is within 50 bucks

With only a 300W power supply you're going to be greatly limited in video card choices. Do you have one of the full width towers or is it one of the slim models?

i dont have the skinny one i have the full width tower

A used GT240 would be in your price range and should run on a 300W power supply. It's not going to be great for gaming but it's certainly better than integrated graphics.

I think you are referring to the memory bus, and it's irrelevant to your system's ability to run the card. If you have an unused pci-e slot and enough power, are your concerns.
