I'm not really sure what the problem is... my computer just doesn't seem to want to run good.
Here is my setup:
Intel Celeron 2.20 (skt 478 Northwood)
512x2 PC2700 (Dual-Channel)
Windows XP Home Edition (SP1)
XFX 6600GT 8X
80GB WD 7.2K 2MB Cache
SiS Asus P4SDX
I get 6745 in 3DMark03 and it seems to run fine.. but I have noticed some slowing down on my desktop when idle and I also noticed in gaming I am losing some frames.. If this is just due to bottlenecking I won't be so worried.. but the biggest problem I'm having is when I run Counter-Strike 1.6 on highest settings it gets flickering then all of a sudden freezes. but on low settings it doesn't do this, but the game still runs really laggy.. but my pings are 50 and below and my FPS is 60+...
