Help me - "Open in a new window" doesn't work

Hitting links in sites that open them in new windows no longer works for me. I think the problem started when I installed Limewire. I noticed it added some crap to my right-click menu in IE. I uninstalled it once I noticed that but the problem is still there. Any Suggestion?

Start > Settings > Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs
-find "Microsoft Internet Explorer X.X and internet tools
highlight it and click "add/remove" (should get a menu with three options)
choose "Repair Internet Explorer"
click <ok>
click <ok> on the info window
let it do it's thing, and reboot when prompted.
