can some one tell me if this is a good deal and if it would be better then average for gamming at 830 $$

In general, always make sure to download the motherboard manual from the manufacturer website to check for a list of compatible CPUs and RAM (some motherboards may require BIOS upgrades to be compatible with some CPUs, which you may not be able to do if you don't own a currently compatible CPU to use in the motherboard to do the upgrade). You can also use the product wizards on the RAM manufacturer websites to check for compatible RAM modules once you decide on a motherboard - they aren't always 100% correct but it is far better than just buying modules and hoping they'll work.
