Help me on my home network problem!!!!!

I have two computers. One has Win98 and the other has Win2000 pro. I connect them by a switch and cables. The I can see two computers in home network. I can access Win98 computer from Win2000 pro computer. But I am asked for the password for IPC$ when I want to access the Win2000 pro one through Win 98 computer. The problem is I cann't go through after I tried every password I remember including administrator password.
Do you know the password for IPC$ in win2000 pro? Is that same as that for administrator? How can I change the password for IPC$?
Thanks a lot!

Ok there are a few ways to do this. The easiest thing to do but not very secure is to enable the guest account on the 2K machine. The better more secure way is to create a user that is the same one on your Win98 machine.
