Help me OC plz

Hey guys! I need some help in oc'ing my system...
Last year I didn't feel the need to ... but now i'm bottom of the line in cpu ... (that was fast)

I read a lot of the oc'ing guides, but some things just dont make any sense to me.

Max cpu @ stock = 2380
Memory = Keeping close to 200 as possible
HTT = 300 works but did not try over. tested stable @ 295

293x8 / 133 divider 1T 2.5-4-4-10. (Prime95 for 28hrs, but it's strange how i have to go from 3-3 to 4-4 timings when it's lower than spec), but for my board it goes to safe mode on a cold boot.
So... I upgraded the bios (10/2004) to 9/16/05
Added 512mb corsair VS 512mb (so now i have 2x512mb)

New bios won't let me use 1T (has two other settings Read preample set @ 6ns and async latency @ 7ns ... maybe i have to change those... )

I tried @ 265x8 / 133 divider 2T 2.5-3-3-8 but it crashed in windows in 10min.
currently @ 265x8 / 133 divider 2T 2.5-3-4-8 and it works fine right now.
why is it that my memory isn't even running 200mhz but i have to losen the timings? (memtest stable on both settings)
How can I get 1T to work? (i'm using 2 banks so it's fine as long as i don't fill up all 3 right?)

So I ran the system with a multiplier of 7 and 210HTT and memory at 200 so it's running 210. All still at stock voltage ... and Memtest has been running for 24 hours ... I used memtest #6 for an hour and memtest default cycle for an hour and memtest #5 for 22 hours...

seems to be running 210mhz 2.5-3-3-8 2T fine... i still don't understand why it can't do 175 ... ???
