Please help me navigate this bios. What settings should I change? I'm aiming for 4.5Ghz. I have an Actic Freezer 7 pro so I should make it. Load temps stock in P95 barely reach 38C

The board is ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX. I'd like to overclock my chip and I have overclocked before but I am unfamiliar with ASRock bios'. Please tell me how to change the vcore, LLC, stuff like that. What settings do I change to get to 4.5Ghz.

Thanks.

Cpu vcore mode (3rd screen here) = manual, set to 1.350 to start, lower to 1300 if you can and it doesnt crash.

CPU ratio (last screen) = just set to manual/increase to 45.

If you want to play w/extra settings: increase cache speed to 30-40ratio, [ Memory to 1400 (cpu-limited), tighten timings to 7/7/7/22 if you have decent ram, lower voltage to 1.5]

On your last pic:
Load optimized cpu OC settings, that'll probably do a bunch of things for you, like up the cpu input voltage, increase the power limits (overclocking needs more power to the cpu) etc.

Then find the Vcore and the cache voltage, and cpu ratio and cache ratio. Usually the core can go higher than cache (aka uncore). You can probably find some good values to start at on teh interwebs.
