Help me, need to write a "needs analysis" for weight lifting

Okay, so I took a free weights class this semester in college. I've never really done any specific work-outs before in my life. I need to do two things, 1) write a "needs analysis," like two paragraphs, identifying my goals and needs, and then I need to decide how many days a week I will work out and I need to pick TWO exercises for each body part group (back, biceps, chest, forearms, legs, shoulders and neck, and triceps).

Can I get some assistance with this? I basically have no clue what the hell I'm doing.
