Help me name this movie from my child hood

Now I remember random details from this film, but it's def something that crawls my mind from time to time and I couldn't remember the title for the life of me.

It was about some kid that had some kind of computer program or secret type information on a disk. This disk was then placed into a retail video game box. There were a bunch of people chasing this kid that had the disk, undercover people, nice old men that seemed friendly but weren't. I believe the movie ends somewhere at an airport or something along those lines.

Anyone?
