Help me mod Dell server 2300

I got this old server that is no longer in use but I love the case. It weighs at least 100 lbs and is roomy inside. It's set up for SCSI with a 3 slot backplane and has the original guts (minus the two 120mm fans I stole) including a 300MHZ processor (intel).

I'd like to use this case as my office rig but the motherboard setup isn't compatible, and I hear that dell's power supplies are proprietary and they won't work with any other board.

Any ideas on how to convert this monster?
