This is where I'm at:

Shuttle SN25P
AMD FX-55(San Diego) or AMD X2 4400+
XFX Geforce 7800 GTX
CL SB Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Gamer LE Retail
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6B250S0 250GB SATA
NEC DVD ND-3540A OEM
OCZ DDR PC3200 2x1GB TIT
MS WIN XP x64

Is this the best set up? I already have the RAM, bought it 2 weeks ago.

I think that look great everyone will have personal opinions about changing some things around, I would go with the X2 4400+ and I am wondering why you are gonig with XP 64bit, I know there are some performance increases, but for most things it's not worth it, there really isn't software to take advantage of the OS in 64 right now.

More than anything, its newer and its only $10 more. :) And I won't have to worry about my 64bit progs not working when they come out. ;)

longhorn will be out by the time 64 bit starts kicking in. its still not worth it. 64-bit is still a whiles away for typical use.
