Help me make a list... Come on in!

I rented a house for week at the beach and I need to make up a list of items for people to bring with them and things that we will need in the house (i.e.: toilet paper, plates, spoons, food items, frisbee, etc...). I need to make up a list to be able to send to everyone to see what they want to bring. I thought it might help to pool all of your brains together so that I don't miss anything. If you can, please list some items that you think I will need. If you have ever been to a beach week, please list some items you thought were helpful. I'll start listing some of my own shortly when I get some free time in a few minutes.

paper towels, plastic cups, radio/cd/mp3 player, tv, vcr/dvd player, movies, roller blades, beach towels, grill, beach/folding chairs, regular towels, :beer:, :wine:, twister, laptops/desktops, cat5, routers, individual copies of ut/sc/wc3/generals, soda, bottled water, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, swimsuit(duh), flipflops, sunblock, sunglasses, sandals. we also had someone bring a telescope because the night sky is usually amazing out by the beaches.
