Help me make a graph in Excel

I know it'd take like 10 seconds, but every time I make the graph, it graphs two seperate lines for the thing. It doesn't take the X value and use it. When I try to do set the X value, it just makes the values linear.. betwen 0-10 and 25-50, it's the same width.

As a scientist, at times just to graph what I would consider simple data points sometimes turns into a fiasco when using Excel. I have finally done my best to learn Excel inside and out, but again to make a simple graph in Excel is actually pretty difficult if you have never done it before.
