Help me keep my rig cool

Check my signature for my rig...
I would just like some ideas for keeping my system cool. I was thinking of putting a fan in the side window and maybe cut a hole in the top of my case and put a fan there also for a bit of extra cooling. My case has a 120mm exhaust fan and a 80mm intake fan.
Any suggestions would be great...

More fans would definitely help, but if you're going to cut a hole in the top of your case, that's implying that your case is inadequate for cooling all that stuff. Maybe it's time to consider getting a new case.

Putting a fan on the side window is a good idea. I've always heard that's it's best to have more air pushing into a case than out of a case, because this causes the inside of your case to have a slightly higher air pressure than the outside, which helps prevent dust from entering your case.

However, if you use some decent filters (thank you Thermaltake for the filters on my Armour) you shouldn't have much trouble with dust in the first place. I would say that you should invest in at least a fan for the side of your case to bring cold air in over your CPU/graphics card, and possibly consider another exhaust fan. If you really want to increase the cooling, add to that an aftermarket CPU cooler and possibly VGA cooler. These will help bring the temps down with large, highly conductive heatsinks.

I just recently installed a huge scythe on my Pentium D 820 and it helped a bunch, but temps were a little high, so I rigged up two more intake fans in the front to keep temps below 40 with my overclocking until I can find another case that suits me.

I have the same case as well.

Toss a 120MM intake fan in the bottom of the 5 inch bays. Remove all the little grates except for the third one, and you will have a perfect place to screw in the top two parts of the fan.
