when i try to connect to IRC, i get this:

um. . .how?. . .irc worked fine before i added my sisters comp onto the network. . .before, my ip for my home netwk was 192.168.0.2
after i added my sister's comp, it changed to 192.168.0.3 , and her's became 192.168.0.2, even though she is on the 2nd port and i am on the 1st.
how can i switch these back, and how can i get IRC, and other such programs working again?. . .
i posted over at ars too, in case you guys cant get it. . .i mean. . .not that i dont have faith or anything. . .

oh, also, my MS Outlook wont work either. . .
