Help me jailbreak and install apps on my iphone

okay so i have my iphone completely stock with firmware 1.1.4

i've read the guide on this page on how to jailbreak the phone but it doesn't show me how to install apps so i'm still a bit hesitant on doing that.

can anyone teach me how to do this? (i heard iliberty is good, as well as ZiPhone3.0) i have both installed

few questions:
- if anything goes wrong during the install, is it possible to just go to itunes and "restore it back to normal?
- where/how do i install apps, are they unique to each program i use to jailbreak? (iliberty or ZiPhone?)
- does anyone know a good guide online that can help me?

ZiPhone is pretty much all you need. It puts Installer.app on your iPhone, from which you can download and install applications. It takes under a minute and is fully automatic. Installer.app comes with a basic list of sources, which link the installer program to apps to download. There are tons of 3rd-party lists, such as this one:

okay so i got some programs installed

only problem i've seen so far is "cannot connect to YouTube"
any fix for this?
