I got this from my neighbor. He said it was a test unit somewhere but doesn't remember what. There are no markings on it. It has a 12cm fan on the top and it's modular as you could see. I tried checking all of the modular ones on newegg for the same grill pattern and didn't see a match, so I'm guessing this is an old discontinued model.

There are two 6-pin PCI-E, and one 6+2pin PCI-E. Does that mean it's at least 600W+

You might try posting this over at JonnyGuru.com. They've seen just about every PSU ever built. They may not be able to tell you the actual brand, but SHOULD be able to tell you who built it.

BTW, 12 inch fan? Do you mean 120mm?

You can open the PSU and use THIS to determine the manufacturer (see next pages for other tips on identifying other manufacturers). I've succesfully ID'd a PSU that way :)

Or y'know, ask at JohnnyGuru's.

Delta, as indicated by the resemblence to the Delta-made Antec Basiqs and Earthwatts and the unusual Delta AC receptacle. (not used by anyone else or even on all Delta PSUs) You may also be able to verify this by the type of caulking used for holding some components in place. Delta uses a semi-glossy white material that resembles thick dried paint and is not rubbery like silicone. Both that material and silicone rubber may be used.

Posted at jonnyguru and they confirmed it's impervio within a day, which was sold as a Silverstone Decathlon DA750. :D
I'm reaaally happy to see that this ES PSU that my neighbor gave me because he had one lying around was actually worth $150.
