Help me identify this song...

I've got a sample of the chorus from the song "Separate Ways" by Craig David.

I swear I've heard this exact same (I don't know what to call it... melody?) in another song and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called.

Listen to it, tell me I'm not insane and help me figure out what this is originally from.
