System was locking up so I ran Memtest and a stick came up with some errors. I can't remember which memory this is so if you can identify it for me for warranty purposes I'd be greatly appreciative.

The actual chips are Samsung, K4H560838D-TCB3.

Well thing is unless you absolutely want the same exact memory from whoever manufactured it's not really necessary, unless this was off some performance gaming rig, which doesn't seem to be the case.

The memory in that picture is PC2700 184 pin 512MB DDR333 and that is all you really need is the exact same memory specs.

Here at ZipZoomFly are the same spec memory:

I know what it is, but I'm trying to figure out the manufacturer so I know who to call so I can get it replaced via the warranty. All memory I buy is lifetime and namebrand.

Well sorry I'm lost here, you say, "All the memory I buy", ahh sorry, edit on this. Well all I can say is you need to contact who you bought this from to find out what it is.

Personally I'm not sure how many manufacturers there are that used these chips.

No idea who I bought it from, and generally with memory, since it is lifetime from the manufacturer, retailers will instruct you to contact them.

Oh dude you bought memory you don't know, or who you bought it from, sheesh you have to lay off that Jack and Sodas, LOL, just kidding, well GOOGLE my boy, so far I came up with one manufacturers that uses that chips just from Googling. ;)

ATP ---> http://www.atpinc.com/

Also quite simply this might just be Samsung memory and personally I'd contact them and ask them, because they make the memory as well, besides others using the chips.

It's never any sort of guarantee that you will find the manufacturers name in the spd, quite often that field is left blank. Also making it impossible to read the SPD via CPUz- the opening poster needs warrenty information, so it is safe to assume that the ram probably does not work or boot.

:thumbsup: Probably worth less than $20 in working condition. So if you need to replace it then don't waste $14 on UPS shipping and long distance tech support in india to get it replaced. If you were overclocking then forget about it, most companies will void the warrenty.
