Help me identify this "herb"

I'm supposed to be making observations about this plant, which hasn't done a damn thing for the past week. Anyway I need to figure out what it is. All I know is that it was in the "herbs" section of a local nursery. Seems to be doing well indoors. Stems are woody and the leaves are rough and stiff.
