help me identify this delicous soup I just had (it was at a Mexican place)

I had this red stew, it had pork ribs diced and stewed till it was falling off the bones. The soup I think was made up for tomatoes, all i can say is that it was FVCKING da bomb. Now help me identify this recipe.🙂

Pozole it is... a very close relative to menudo (actually the same soup, just one has pork or chicken and the other tripe)
