Help me identify my mobo, please!

I found an old 486 mobo (actually a hole PC but without CPU). It has the following readings on

M6724-B 9623 TONNEX 1-0 94V-0

and on other side rev. 05C

It is a kind of slim pc with integrated video and the two SIMM sockets are tilted too. It uses AMI 486 DX bios.

I would like to know who made this board and whats the fastest CPU I can put in it?
