All L1 and L2 bridges look closed. Except for the 3rd L1 bridge where the connection looks really faint. I haven't received my mainboard to try overclocking.

How can you tell if a CPU has been remarked? This info looks like it is marked in green, and has a green border surrounding the whole thing. Probably caused by the stamp they use?

the link above will help you id the chip

most likely all the L1 bridges are already closed (factory unlocked)

First off...A1333AMS30 doesn't seem right. The last position should be either a B for 100 fsb or a C for 133. Perhaps you're reading it incorrectly. Second..although it's not impossible to remark a chip, it's highly unlikely that there are many around...for 2 reason. The codes are engraved on the silicon and have a barcode type thing in the lower right hand corner. And there isn't much price difference between the tbird chips to make this sort of thing pay off.

Most likely the person's eye sight isn't too keen. Probably thought that the "C" was an "O". That's the most likely answer. Also the speed rating given 1.333 is consistant with a 133/266 variant of the CPU
