Help me identify a song

I heard a song on the radio, and I'm trying to find the name and artist of the song. I've tried searching (google, altavista, deja) and usually I can find it. Unfortunately, I didn't remember too much of the lyrics, so my searches were unsuccessful.

The song is sung by a female voice, and has a kinda dance/techno beat to it. I really only have one line from the song because a lot of it is just the singer singing "la la la la". I can only remember a line that goes something like "The rain is falling down".

I would appreciate it if someone could help me.

I would assume it is fairly recent as I've never heard it on the radio before. Definitely not something older than 10 years.

Unfortunately, if I knew more lyrics I probably could have found the title myself.. heh. I'll have to wait till I catch it on the radio again.

Hrm.. not quite.. Doesn't have that Latin beat thing going like 'Spice Up Your Life', nor does it sound like a group singing (just one singer). Also, the singing was not as upbeat, almost sounds like something Amber's stuff.
