I'm pretty good with my search engine capability but nothing is coming up and I need some help. Here are some clues...
1. I heard this song on the radio today and I liked it. The radio station is some local alternative rock station. However, I'm horrible with lyrics and only remember one line (and here's where it gets bad): "Here we go, here we go, here we go, etc." Something like that.
2. It's not the OK GO song, but it does sound a lot like it, including the vocals.
3. I was fortunate to catch the name of the song, but in my stupidity I seemed to have forgotten it. I do remember, though, that the phrase "Here we go" isn't in the title whatsoever.
4. If this helps anyone, I do remember a little bit of how the music goes. There was a guitar part that was repeated a couple times and it sounds like a non-distorted electric guitar, palm muted, playing these notes: D-string "14-14-14-14-14-14-14 - - 12 - - 12," very quickly.
I know this sounds like some kind of sick riddle but I swear I'm being serious. I really liked the song, can someone help me identify it?
Thanks in advance!
