Help me ID this screwy process

Its loaded here on my machine at work. I am pretty sure this machine has (or had) a bunch of spyware. It also could be something loaded on by the company. I cant really do anything to get rid of it, but I am curious about what it is. The process crashes about 30 times a day (a system popup box saying that urlip.exe tried to reference some hex address). This process is also causing my browser to freeze (when I kill the process it unfreezes). Anybody have any clue whats going on? A google search for urlip.exe found NOTHING. I was surprised at that.

Im not supposed to install anything on this PC. I prolly could and not get in trouble, but I am new so I dont really want to risk it.

It is located in C:\WINNT\Help\

well thas the help folder and there shoudlnt be any *.exe files in there

so go to taskmanager, kill the process, and then delete it

just in case back it up, maybe is some compnay software, i highly doub tit htough

bad news. if i kill the process, it restarts immediately. by the same token, if i delete or rename the file a new one automatically appears. fortunately today it hasnt been that bad.

they have these machines pretty well locked down for virii, but its possible. i will see if i have the authority to go into safemode. i think the security settings on these comps are pretty lax for us, i guess they have a lot of faith. im mostly just afraid of breaking something.
