Yamaha Super Tenere with crash guards and headlight protectors.

I can't decide which is uglier, this bike or the Triumph Street/Speed Triple.

I was surprised to find my local Japanese motorcycle superstore now carries Triumph. They had 4 brand new Speed Triples on the floor and I threw a leg over one last time I was in there. Comfy bike but that front end with those two bug eye headlights is ugly as sin. I couldn't get past it.

The older round headlight model was fine but the newer ones are just hideous.

It's kind of weird, but I want a dual sport next ... possibly a BMW F650GS or something

same. i wouldn't mind a super tenere to be honest. they're just expensive as hell, whereas an F650 or F800 is pretty reasonably priced.
