My memory does some extremely high overclocks. It is Crucial (Micron chips) PC2100, and it will do DDR 405 stable.
I would love to get this memory to run 1:1 with my 2.4C (which would be DDR560). I hear some folks rare reaching these levels with certain types of memory (BH-5) by modding their boards to provide more than 2.85V to the memory.
How can I tell if I have BH-5 chips? The chip markings are as follows:
0146 4-2
MT 46V16M8
TG -75 A
QG8Z (Printed sideways)
I found the chip on Micron's site, but it says nothing about BH-5, BH-6, CH-5 etc.
