alright i went to this local computer store and they have a nice gateway lcd on the shelf for $100 bucks. but it has no cables or anything. so i asked if i got the cables together to test it could i and she said sure. so i need a dfp to dvi cable in the local seattle area really badly. online doesnt seem to help me much. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS HOT DEAL
 
please help me. stop the toe nail clipping and peing. i need one of these really bad. but i dont want to take a 100 dollar chance
 
Um, what's a dfp to dvi cable? Is Gateway using something proprietary? I'm aware of a DVI connection, but not a DFP connection.

Sell it on eBay if it doesn't work.

I would doubt that they'd sell a working LCD for $100.
 
that is a crap moniter, ghosts something terrible and has a poor contrast ratio. Buddy of mine works for gateway and had one. He ebayed it and bought a viewsonic. I wouldn't take a chance on it unless i was certain it worked. good luck finding a cable.
