hello, I currently have the card maxed out using CCC. I downloaded AMD gpu tool in an effort to push the card harder but I have had mixed results with the software. When I enable the overclocks, I loose all fan control, as in the fan stays spinning at the lowest possible setting. I can go into ccc and force manual fan control but I loose it as soon as enable any overclocking settings. are there any better tools to use? I am sure I can push more performance out of the card if I can get the fan to spin up to 100%. I wish I had more cash to just get a faster video card but I don't, does anyone wanna give me a faster card, lol? In hindsight however, this card blows the doors of my 3650 in my other system!

You state that you don't have the money to replace your video card, but you're trying to OC your current one.

Bad idea, imo. What will you do if it stops working?

Tread lightly and carefully!

I would agree with that comment. I had a low power card that I tried to overclock past the limits of what CCC would allow, and ended up with a lot of crashes and eventually had to reinstall windows because I got a lot of damaged files on the hard drive. I cant be sure if the overclocking and crashes caused it, but be careful.
In my mind, you would be better off to be careful with the overclocking and try to save up for something like a HD5670, although if you need low profile, you may have fewer options. I have had several AMD cards and never had much luck overclocking past the limits of CCC.
