And you're fvcking yourself over by doing so. How many classes have you failed, 4? 5? On top of that, you usually need at least a C for the credits to transfer over. That's an entire semester right there at the very least. So you're paying double the price, PLUS it makes you look terrible for the colleges you're going to apply to transfer to.

I was at Uni for a year, came home to do my CORE courses at a local CC. Managed to pull off a 4.0 while working 40 hours a week and racking up 29 credits. I was lucky and was able to pull it off. You obviously cannot.

Yeah, i realize I've thrown away a lot of money when I failed classes. But I still won't have a ton of loans to pay off :)

Did you also manage to have a social life? How about a girlfriend? Did you also play guitar in a band? I'll admit I can do better. You should change "cannot" to "did not". But that's always been my life story. I was one of those genius kids who was lazy and lacked ambition, and over the past 10 years or so, it's been a tough habit to break.

I had all my classes on M&W (9AM-~430PM), and I worked every other day of the week.

It depended on how my work schedule was setup. Sometimes I was working 6AM-3PMs, so I really couldn't go out the night before. If I was working a 12-9PM, then I could stay out till 3-4AM in the morning.

Didn't have a GF during the period, but I did have a girl I was "seeing," (it was complicated). On average, I saw her once a week, and went out with my friends once a week.

Sounds like you're not too interested in graduating from CC to begin with.
A person cannot do everything at one go. If you had chosen instead to play in the band, and aim to be the best band ever, I would have thought you had ambition too.

Sounds like you just have too many things you cannot decide on, too many diversions, and no willingness to focus and become good in anything. Choose something you want to do, and do it well.
