Hey guys...
Guess this is pretty off-topic. I've been around here a long time.
I graduated with a 4 year bachelor's degree back in May of this year and have since worked on building an online computer customization business from the ground up. It's been moderately successful and now has a full blown eCommerce solution. You can go there via this link if you're interested in seeing an example of my skill set at work (Rogue Computer, http://www.roguecomputer.com).
I've got a strong skill set with HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, Pearl, CGI, Java, Flash, etc. I have never really taken to computer courses short of some intermediate C++ classes and what not, no computer science major --- always self taught. I have a decent hand at graphics as well. My degree is in Communication (mass media).
So I am looking for a job. Not because business sucks (though it could be better), but because I have extra time. I am located in the Richmond metro area of Virginia, I guess I am posting this to try a shot at making some connections to my fellow Anandtechers who may have some good suggestions short of pointing me to Monster.com etc. I have a resume available upon request.
If this is a complete waste of your time, thank you for the waste and try to keep the criticism low.
