Help me get a new motherboard

If you take a look at my rig, you can see that my motherboard is seriously lacking.

I'd like a board that will allow me to overclock to at least 2.8Ghz (400 x 7). Possibly more. My ram will probably hold me back. I don't need anything extra or anything future proofed.

But I would like to upgrade my video card at least once to possibly the Nvida 9XXX card when it comes out before upgrading the whole system.

Recommendations?

Limitation will be memory. Abit IP35-E can easily hit 488MHz FSB with a capable CPU and memory. Read my review in MB forum. Lowest cost AR is $70 at MWAVE. This is the best price and performance MB under $110.
