Help me get a bit more fit.

Hey guys, just wondering. I'm a pretty slim guy, 170 6'4". I have been hitting the gym a lot more lately. I was wondering what you might have found to be affective for this areas.

Obliques development
abs losing the fat/skin???
buns o steel
pecks
biceps
shoulders

getting toned or "cut" in general.

What would you say. I am doing 3 sets of each main group 3 times a week. should I switch it up to be more effective?

Biceps/Pecks = Bench press
Shoulders = Military Press, Dips
Abs = take a 25 lb weight, get on those slanted platforms meant for situps, and do as many situps as you can.

Heh... 5'7 right now, 138 lbs...

My max is...

Bench=135 lbs
Shoulder = 110 lbs.

Ok, so I heard doing certain things just make your stomach look, bigger since there is more muscle mass. I want the look not really even the strength. Being strong would be a perk though. Thoughts?
