Help me fix my resume.. Thanks!

Hey guys,
I need some help with my resume...I'm trying to think of a nice slugline plus bulleted list summarizing my last job but I'm having trouble doing something simple and streamlined...

Here's a verbose description of what I did:

Deutsch Bank- Shift manager (presentation department)
I accepted presentation work from bankers, determined a deadline and acted as a middle man between the bankers and the presentation assistants (glorified word processors). Based on the skills of my staff I would distribute the work and manage the work flow. I was also responsible for scheduling my workers and for disciplining them. I worked with around 12 operators during the graveyard shift..


Now, I know - too much information.. Can someone help me put this into a clear, bulleted list with one summarizing slugline?

Thanks, that's very helpful (and I did have to lay the smack down on a few people .. Any idea for a good, one sentence summary of my responsibilities? Is "Shift Manager for the Presentation Center" good enough?
