Help me fix my Lg Vx 6000. *FIXED* ROFL

My phone won't leave car kit mode. Anyone know how to fix this? It's driving me crazy.

Cliff Notes:
1. Phone not work.
2. Stuck in car kit mode.
3. Askes Verizon and Verizon store for help.
4. Verizon and Verizon store = Greedy bastard who can lick my left...
5. Asks ATOT for help.
6. ATOT = Useless 😱
7. Hmm....Scratches head.
8. Frustrated.
9. Beats the sh!t out of phone.
10. Stick a a peice of metal into data port and corrosion.
11. Abuses "port" with metal shaft and scrapes everything in there.
12. Takes battery out, puts it back in.
13. .................
14. Profit! 😀

1) plug in a headset...make a call... this may reset the car kit mode

2) if that doesnt work, try reprogramming it by dialing *22899 (press send) wait....

3) if all fail, then take it to a store w/technicians.

already tried 1 and 3....what about 2? does that clear all my contacts and downloaded ringtones?

I have the LG VX6000 but i have no idea what car kit mode is.

is it like manner mode?

and was the battery ever wet?

To change modes....

Press and hold the * key

It goes from Manner to Silence All to Lock Mode. To turn off lock, you might need a pin number, which is by default the last 4 digits of your cell #.

I have no clue what car kit mode is though.

I had a bunch in mine and it thought it was in charge mode all the time

the *228 is over the air programming and does not delete any of your contacts or ringers
