Who sings the song? Simon and Garfunkel sang it originally and i think the name of it is 59th street bridge but i dont know who sang it on the commerical...

It was Simon And Garfunkel, and "The 59th St. Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy)" is the name. I dunno who butchered it for this commercial, however.
