Help me find this letter.....

I received a email last year and it contained a letter or story talking about how much things are different than the old days and how before playing in the dirt was ok but not you shouldn't and it talked about how government sets these laws and controls us. I really am drawing a blank but if you have any idea what I'm talking about please respond.

It said things like how in the old days it was ok to play in the dirt, it was ok to watch TV.
It was a comparison of how things used to be ok BUT now there BAD for us.

It's still OK to play in the dirt...almost as important as vaccination IMHO.
