I remember a humerous clip from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood that is really funny when viewed through "adult" eyes.

Anyone have a clue as to what I am talking about?

I remember the Family Guy intro. It's in Season 2.. episode 4 or 5?
 
Mr. Rogers begins his normal spiel and walks up to some kid and asks him why he's playing with himself...stuff like that. Innocent but funny when you think about it.
