Help me find some info on World Bank!

Hey fellas, I need to find some info on employee benefits at the World Bank. Not just benefits actually, I'd like to find out, if possible, how much the average salary is for entry-level employees and what kind of taxes they need to pay. I've heard often, since the World Bank and the IMF are joint programs of the U.N. member states, the employees get diplomatic status, and hence do not pay income taxes (assuming they are employed at Washington D.C.). Anyways, I've found this page at the official site, but it doesn't help much, can anyone help?
