Help me find one!

I purchased this HP Pavilion A6437C desktop pc for a video concern & wound up having the mouse, sound,keyboard,usb's & vga not responding & will not boot to bios & no beeps. Tried all the testing there is to do. Even took the mobo out & did the testing. Replaced the cpu with a Celeron to see if that may be the problem. No go! Replaced the bios chip. NO go! Changed out the psu. No go! Monitor,keyboard,mouse also changed out. No go! Down to a mobo. Having a problem locating the same board. Used or new. Any help is greatly appreciated. Must be the same layout as the one on HP support link for the HP Pavilion A6437C desktop. If I can't find another then I will go to an Asus. Same form factor & I/0 port layout. Thanks! David
