Help me find new RAM

I am in the process of trying to find good RAM that won't cost me through the nose. I have a couple people telling me to get 2x256MB sticks of Corsair 3200 memory that would run Dual Channel.

But I would like to get some feedback and information on what RAM would be best for my system.

AMD Barton 2500+ OC'ed to 2200MHz (200x11)
Asus A7N8X mobo
GF4 Ti4400 non-8x AGP
Currently a single 512MB 2700 stick of some no-name brand memory.

I've seen people throw around the names of Corsair, Crucial, Geil, Kingston and a whole bunch more, I just want to find the best (within reason) memory for me.
