Help Me Find My Memory!!

I built a new system and I used cheap PC-2700 memory.
I would like to buy a 512 stick of the good stuff.
What is the good stuff?

Crucial, Mushkin, Samsung, and many others. Crucial is the best price/performance ratio. I think you can find Crucial DDR333 for about the same price as the cheap stuff as well.
