Why limit yourself to $100 ? Dream cases cost more than that.
I tend to agree.
The case I use with my main box is on it's 3rd set of internals. It has been through quite a few mods also.
Buy right the first time. You won't regret it.

Aerocool Aeroengine Jr black. Inexpensive, light, window, blue LEDs, front panel (audio/USB/FW), unique design, quite a bit of space, side panel thumbscrews, high quality, 2x 120 mm fans (intake/exhaust), 1x 80 mm fan (intake), all of them with speed regulation. I ordered this case instead of a Tt Tsunami (which is more than twice as expensive in my country BTW) and I simply love it.

Seriously, check out the Kingwin KT-424-BK at Newegg. I'd provide a link, but Newegg's site is down right now - I haven't been able to access it for about an hour.

Anyway, this is one sweet black case with a side window (they also make the same case without a window if you don't want it). I built two systems for friends over the last couple of months with this case and it is really nice. Very high quality. Search around the web for some reviews. Many people compare it to the more expensive Lian Li cases.

Plus, it should meet all your requirements that you've listed: one fan in the back, two in the front, two USB ports in the front, four 3.5" bays, no front door and no PSU. I think it goes for about $90 at Newegg.

I just bought the case for myself and will use it for my next upgrade in about 3-4 months. Do yourself a service and check it out. You'll be glad you did.

Good luck

The components i'm putting in are much more power hungry then what was available 4 years ago so I will still need to get a higher quality PSU. I'll check out the case though.

I like a bunch of cases from Antec because they have dual front/rear 120mm fan space.

I ended up buying an Antec Super LanBoy about a week ago. I like it a lot! I think Directron has them for about $80 after shipping, but it doesn't come with a power supply, so it might go over your $100 limit.

I went with the antec super lan boy. I decided I wanted to be able to see inside. The MSI Neo2 looks soooooo cool.

I had the lanboy and it was great, just be careful with it because it will bend real easy on you.
