Help me find an ISP for Eugene, OR please?

Hi y'all!

I've almost finalized my move to Eugene and now I'm trying to find a good internet service. My apartment building has Qwest phone service and I can sign up for 1.5 mbps for $28.00/month with a $1 activation fee. However, that does not include an ISP and I'm not eager to sign up for MSN service. I have all my webhosting and email needs covered by the school.

Essentially, I'm looking for an inexpensive ISP to work with Qwest service in the Oregon area. Any suggestions?

Also I'd prefer to pay on a month to month basis.
