Over the last couple years I've gone through a number of web hosts... one of them was shut down by the feds because the owner, apparently, double and triple billed a lot of people. The next just disappeared into thin air. And the one I'm on now doesn't offer any customer service, is only accessible by ftp, and has been having some pretty bad outages lately.
So... I'm now in search of a new web host and I'm willing to pay a little more for quality and long-term commitment than I was before.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

- I need to host four distinct websites (five domains total).
I want control panel software (no preference).
I want FTP and SSH access.
I'd like built in blogging software, installable via control panel.
I need to be able to run three seperate MySQL databases, possibly more in the future.
I need about five gigs of storage now, but possibly/probably more in the future.
And as far as traffic goes... I have no idea what kind of traffic my sites are getting now because I don't have access to ANY stats, so I'd assume I'm less than the 5gb a day limit. (Oh yeah, details stats would be nice too).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
